Warranty

Gemini extends our no-hassle warranty to ID Plates products, when installed in the proper environment. These products are designed for interior use -- due to different production methods, substrates and finishes. 

We discourage the use of products shown in this section for exterior applications.  Gemini will continue to offer our lifetime warranty for ID Plates by Gemini for interior use applications. 

As with all other Gemini products, when used in the proper environment, if for any reason, your product chips, cracks, or fades—Gemini will replace or repair the product free of charge, with product manufactured by Gemini.

 

Please notify us of your requested return at idplates@GeminiSignProducts.com and send the returned items to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The total price of your refund may vary from the listed price of the item based on any discounts or taxes applied to the original order. At this time, we can not provide refunds for orders lost or stolen in transit.  Contact us to make arrangements for re-delivery.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
